In its short existence as a company, BUSTREN PM has already achieved major infrastructure projects such as:

QUITO METRO (ECUADOR) 2013 - 2017

Metro Quito Project Management (Ecuador)

The core members of BUSTREN PM are part of the GMQ consortium, successful tenderer for the Metro Quito Project Management contract.

Contract Features

Management of the implementation of all the elements that comprise the Quito Metro infrastructure, including the different phases of civil works and all the installations.

Line Features

22 underground Km, 15 stations and 1 depot.

MOSCOW METRO (RUSSIA) 2013 – PRESENT DAY

Civil Construction and Installations Designs for:

• Section 2 Kozhúkhoskaya Line: Aviomotórnaya- Nekrásovka.
• Western Section of the Third Ring Line: Joroshévskaya – Kúntsevskaya
• Northwestern Section of the Third Ring Line: Nízhniaya Máslovka - Aviamotórnaya / Elektrozavódskaya – Nízhniaya Máslovka
• Eastern section of the Third Ring Line: Kashírskaya - Nizhegoródskaya úlitsa

Contract Features:

Civil works designs for 38 km and 4 stations and installations designs for 45 Km and 17 stations.

RAILWAY INFRASTRUCTURE CONSULTANCY

Advising on rail infrastructure for the World Bank

Some of the membersusually act as expert advisors in railway infrastructure for the World Bank.

LIMA METRO (PERÚ) 2014 – PRESENT DAY

Integral Projects for the Line 3 Concession of the Basic Network of Lima and Callao Metro

Contract Features:

Development of pre-investment studies at the profile level and feasibility in order to identify, formulate, evaluate and obtain technical, economic, financial, environmental, and sustainability viability of project implementation and development of the Public Private Comparator.

Consortium METROTRES: PwC, Ingerop, Bustren PM, Alpha Consult and Metropolitana Milanese.

AYACUHO TRAM (MEDELLIN) 2013-2014

Technical Assistance to the company Ingerop T3 for Monitoring the implementation of installations Ayacuho Tram (Medellín).

Contract Features:

Supervision the supply and application of various systems and installations needed for the functioning of the tram (T1 Line). This system, which is fully integrated with the Medellin’s Metro, is 4.6 km long and includes 2 cables (lines M and H), 3 stations and 6 whereabouts.

BUENOS AIRES METRO (ARGENTINA) 2014 – PRESENT DAY

Specialized Technical Assistance in the design of the Constitution and Corrientes stations corresponding to the first part of Line F Buenos Aires Metro.

Contract Features:

Conceptual review of existing functional diagrams and technical assistance for the development of the detailed design of the Constitution and Corrientes stations.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE SUMMARY OF BUSTREN PM CORE TEAM

The summary of investment programs in transport infrastructure managed by the core team ofand commissioned by the Government of the Community of Madrid in recent years is:

Períod 1995-1999 --- 56 Km of new lines --- 39 new stations

Períod 1999-2003 --- 59 Km of new lines --- 36 new stations

Períod 2003-2007 --- 84 Km of new lines --- 81 new stations

There have been inaugurated a total of 199 km of new lines (80% underground) and 156 new stations, of which 19 are interchanges with other transport systems (rail, bus and light rail). The managed investment amount exceeds 10,000 million euros.
